Vỏ bưởi được sơ chế kỹ qua nhiều công đoạn để loại bỏ vị đắng, sau đó rim vừa lửa cùng đường mía tự nhiên, tạo nên thành phẩm xanh dẻo, thơm nhẹ, có vị the đặc trưng, chua chua – ngọt dịu, ăn rất cuốn mà không ngán.
